Senator Wielechowski, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2249. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RES) was read the third time. Senators Dyson, Wagoner, Bunde, McGuire, Meyer, Stedman, Huggins, Menard moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution.
